Each house features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and a chefs kitchen. The houses are similar but each one has its own personality. Anyone who enjoys cooking will love the 36” commercial grade range/oven combination, granite countertops, custom glass front cabinets and drawer microwave. The entire house and decks We are just a phone call or message away. We have local team that can address any emergency issues with the house.

Additional rulesA maximum of two pets under 20 lbs are allowed per house. Other pets will be considered but must be approved prior to booking. The lift is for use to send up luggage, packages or groceries. No people are allowed in the lift - no exceptions. Trash needs to be placed at the curb Sunday night and the cans placed under the house again on Monday. Please rinse off anything you take to the beach before putting it back in the gear shed so it won’t rust. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Please treat the house like you would treat your home. We want it to be nice for everyone.
